Puikus kainos ir kokybės santykis
Positive: Netoli centro pėstute, nauji, tvarkingi šiuoalaikiškai įrengti apartamentai, yra viskas ko reikia trumpai viešnagei
Negative: Jei smulkmeniškai: Pats pastatas - bendrabučio tipo renovuotas namas netoli gatvės, nėra balkono.

Positive: Puiki vieta.
Negative: Butas sutvarkytas, tačiau seniai negyventas. Prieš atvykstat svečiams būtų gerai apsivalyti. Dulkės ant indų, patalynės, visur... net cukruje!
