Positive: Labai jaukus ir šviesus butas, patogi vieta labai pravartu ieškant vietos netoli centro/senamiesčio ir kitų lankytinų vietų už prieinamą kainą.

Small package, all you need, great location for a price
Positive: Small, but renovated and surprisingly has everything you need, plus, great location and price.
Negative: Tends to get really warm in hot weather and air conditioning is loud and takes long time to chill the room. Window to the street makes difficult to sleep with open window due to loud noises of cars and motorcycles. Additional deposit is a bit weird.

We liked it, but deposit was to large amount and it scared us, but everything else was worth it
