Positive: It was nice built, enough things that are handy to use. First days we were enjoying ourselves in the apartment, upon realising that we were living in a health hazard, which was black mold on the windows. Negative: Leakage from under the shower & boiler. BLACK MOLD on the windows that made us sick, we definitely expect full pay back of deposit. And at least some kind of compensation for definitely health hazard not one meter away from where you are supposed to sleep. Mold was all over the two windows that were at the apartment.

Positive: All good. Negative: Water heater is leaking, its leaking water from shower palett. Water in shower not going away.
